On occasion, the Rotary Club has members offer a “Classification Talk”. This gives Rotarians the opportunity to share of their experiences. As a Lake Ridge Rotarian in his first “Classification Talk”, Ian speaks about himself, his family, life & career highlights and those special things that make him tick.
Ian moved to Prince William County in 1992 with his family on military assignment. His father was an optometrist for the US Army for over 30 years. Ian had grown up with much unsupervised time with Tom Kreutzer’s kids and has allegedly left many untold stories in their childhood wake. Being single, he is a miracle worker in fantasy football with advanced abilities in (good-naturedly if not unmercifully) needling friends and family. Ian had attended schools in Prince William County and graduated in 2004 from Virginia Techs Pamplin College of Business with a Finance degree. After college he went directly into real estate sales.

As a realtor, Ian also spoke on the current residential market in PWC and how it has changed in the last year as well as what the future holds for us. He is Co-Founder of Select Realty in Woodbridge, Virginia. Since 2005, Ian has sold over 100 homes worth over $40 million dollars. Ian’s team has sold over 500 homes worth over $200 million dollars and counting.
