Caitlín Keller, age 19, takes the helm of a Catalina 22 belonging to the Woodbridge Sailing School (WSS) at Leesylvania State Park. WSS supports Sea Scout Ship 7916 of Occoquan.
Despite drizzly conditions and very little wind, the scouts were determined to learn more about sailing.
Keller serves as Boatswain (youth leader) of the unit.
