Andrew Samworth, captain of the historic oyster buyboat “Half Shell,“ gives a safety orientation to Scouts from Sea Scout Ship 7916. Several Scouts from the unit volunteered as crew on the “Half Shell” during the Occoquan River Festival on May 2nd, where the boat served as as a water taxi.
