Scouts from Sea Scout Ship 7916 (in Occoquan) joined the Henry E. Mooberry Division of the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps—a unit based in the Washington Navy Yard—for a weekend of drill practice and learning how to care for their dress uniforms. Part of the weekend was an overnight aboard the Korean War-era destroyer, the U.S.S. Barry. Although the programs focus on different skills, this is the second time they have partnered to learn from each other.
